Everything you need to know if this actually works.
The pilot includes managed setup and testing so you can evaluate the actual caller experience before choosing a monthly service.

Trade-specific call-flow and routing setup
Pre-launch scenario and failure-state tests
Owner approval before activation
Seven days of agreed overflow or after-hours coverage
Timeline
What happens, day by day.
Setup and testing happen before activation. The seven-day clock starts when agreed live coverage begins.
Day 0
Book a 15-minute owner demo
Review your current call coverage, the relevant live demo, pilot fit, and the exact scope before any invoice is issued.
Setup
Approve the business information and rules
Provide services, service area, coverage hours, booking rules, escalation contacts, and anything the receptionist must never say.
Build
Call flow and routing configured
PhoneFlow configures the trade-specific intake, approved next steps, booking path, and fallback for unavailable tools or contacts.
Test
Test calls and owner review
We test routine, after-hours, unsupported, booking, transfer, escalation, and failure scenarios. Nothing is activated until you approve the call flow.
Activation

The seven-day period begins when agreed overflow or after-hours coverage is activated, not when the invoice is paid or setup begins.
